Flatbed and full wrecker service, roadside assistance and lockouts. Enclosed car hauling and custom motorcycle hauling too.
Insurance claim help
Our management staff can handle your claim from start to finish and walk you through every step.
On-site estimates
Licensed damage appraisers do on- or off-site estimates, writing factory OEM parts and using laser frame measuring.
Rental cars
Rentals through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, ready for you right at our facility.
Early-bird drop-off
Can't make it during hours? Leave your keys in our lock box outside the shop.
Also: radiator, brake, suspension and steering repair, plus pickup and delivery.
Had an accident? Here's what to do
- Take care of the necessary paperwork from the accident.
- Contact the shop of your choice. We'll set up a tow, or an appointment if the car is drivable.
- Let the responsible insurance company know where the vehicle is going and get your claim number.
- Give us the claim number. From there, we negotiate on your behalf to get your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.
Need a car in the meantime? If you have rental coverage, or the other party's insurance is paying, ask us to set up the rental.
Your right to choose
Connecticut law says your only obligation is to choose the shop and tell the insurance company where the vehicle is going. Your insurance company can't direct you otherwise.
If the insurer picked a shop and you'd rather go elsewhere, they're still obligated to pay for the additional tow.
